A celebration of craftsmanship and Christmas magic, our Christmas Tree Gift Box brings together two handcrafted treasures — the warmth of our signature double-wicked soy candle (valued at $56) and a ceramic Christmas tree lovingly made on the Sunshine Coast by Kim Wallace.

Each ceramic tree begins as an original hand-sculpted model, then carefully reproduced using the traditional slipcasting technique. Once formed, it’s hand-dipped in Woodland dark green glaze and fired to stoneware temperatures for strength and a subtle, natural sheen. The finishing touch — a true gold lustre star — is applied by hand before its final firing, creating a radiant, heirloom-quality piece that glows beautifully under candlelight.

Every tree is unique, showcasing the gentle variations of handcrafting — no two are ever quite the same. Display it on your Christmas table, windowsill, or mantel for an elegant touch of festive charm.

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Some orders may require up to 2 weeks to ship due to product availability. If you do not receive a postage confirmation email within 2 weeks of placing your order, you can contact support@casale.com.au for a status update. Please note that our courier is also experiencing delays with delivery.

The above are processing times and do not account for the time the package is in transit. Eastern coast metro areas are typically delivered within 1-4 business days while other areas usually take 3-7 business days. You should receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order leaves our studio. Please let us know if you'd like your order expedited and we will try our best to do so!

We send international packages via Sendle.

International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. You can see the total landed cost at checkout. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. International packages may be delayed by customs. Unfortunately, we at Casale Scent Studio have no control over these circumstances.

 

returns + exchanges

At Casale Scent Studio, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles and room mists cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Casale Scent Studio within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us at support@casale.com.au for assistance.

We offer free replacements for any incorrect items received or items that are defective or damaged. To be eligible for a free replacement, you must notify us of the incorrect, defective, or damaged item within fourteen (14) days of delivery by sending us an email at support@casale.com.au. We require photographic evidence that you received the incorrect item or that it is defective.

Note: we do not accept change of mind returns on any products.

Casale is under no obligation to provide a refund or redelivery costs if your parcel is returned to sender.
