shipping and returns


Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Some orders may require up to 2 weeks to ship due to product availability. If you do not receive a postage confirmation email within 2 weeks of placing your order, you can contact for a status update. Please note that our courier is also experiencing delays with delivery.

The above are processing times and do not account for the time the package is in transit. Eastern coast metro areas are typically delivered within 1-4 business days while other areas usually take 3-7 business days. You should receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order leaves our studio. Please let us know if you'd like your order expedited and we will try our best to do so!

We send international packages via Sendle.

International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. You can see the total landed cost at checkout. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. International packages may be delayed by customs. Unfortunately, we at Casale Scent Studio have no control over these circumstances.


returns + exchanges

At Casale Scent Studio, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles and room mists cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Casale Scent Studio within 7 days of delivery. We offer free replacements for any incorrect items received or items that are defective or damaged. To be eligible for a free replacement, you must notify us of the incorrect, defective, or damaged item within fourteen (14) days of delivery by sending us an email at We require photographic evidence that you received the incorrect item or that it is defective.

Note: we do not accept change of mind returns on any products.

Casale is under no obligation to provide a refund or redelivery costs if your parcel is returned to sender. We recommend monitoring your tracking information to ensure you are able to follow updates from the select Courier or Australia Post. Please check your junk mail for tracking information emails.
